To our valued customers, I wanted to personally reach out and let you know the extra steps we are taking to keep Skate Express as safe as possible while we navigate through this Covid-19 virus. Fortunately we pride ourselves on keeping a clean facility to begin with and will focus our efforts on deeper cleaning with an employee dedicated strictly to this. In addition to our full time maintenance we are doing the following: 1) Have increased hand sanitizer stations
2) Disinfecting customer contact surfaces all session long (ie. Door handles, cash registers, lockers, games, vending machines, counters, etc.)
3) Increased the amount of disinfecting wipes available
4) Disinfect Skate Mates after every use
5) Instituted an expanded sick leave policy to ensure sick employees stay home
Local authorities are still advising that the risk is low with no current reported cases in San Bernadino County. We will stay vigilant and will act accordingly if the current environment changes. If you are personally sick we ask that you postpone coming to Skate Express until you have recovered. Unfortunately we are restricted to 250 occupants at this time, but we will alert you through our social media accounts when we are filled to capacity. Wishing you and your loved ones well!!
